Seeking an advice on vitamin B12
To the Doctor, Since a week, I am getting ..... 1) a sudden pinning sensation in my throat, arms and shoulders etc. 2) I lost my taste sensation for salty, spicy. 3) Knees paining frequently!! 4) constipation from two months but just relieved of it by drinking water daily in mornings!! I suspect on a curry, bottle gourd, which I had a week ago ( loss of taste) Now, decided to take B12 vitamin tablets  (methycobalamine ) daily. So can u plz assure me these B12 tablets treat my above assues ! Thank u.... Note : I'm a pure veggy, non-drinker and for whom vitamin B-12 is known to be defecient

Take Vitamin B12 supplements for a week and if symptoms do not subside further evaluation can be done
