Im in my second trimester please suggest me a multivitamin tablet which i take for the 13th weeks onwards

In the second trimester you need iron and calcium . Iron formulation usually has the vitamins added as well . But if you need extra multivitamins any regular brand line Becosules will be okay to take

Multivitamin - A to Z tablets once a day Or Zincovot tablets once a day Or cap Becosules once a day Multivitamin are not regularly required during pregnancy Iron and Calcium are mandatory Sometimes MVT might cause hyperacidity So better not to take unless it is very much required

You have to start iron and calcium supplements from 2nd trimester. Consult for prescription please.
