Second opinion
My friend has tested positive for second pregnancy.
Lmp : Jan 18th 2022
Week in last ultrasound : 6 weeks 2 days
Only sac was seen n no fetal pole so doctor suggested for scan again on coming Thursday and If fetal pole not seen then to abort.please suggest

Sometimes the structures are not visible.
So what is done is that scan is repeated after a stipulated time, in case it doesn’t get visible usually suggests that the pregnancy is not viable or hasn’t grown so it needs to be terminated
