Second IUI failed, AMH value 1.75
We are trying to conceive since last 1.8 years but with no success, following are our details Age 31, husband age 32 Amh 1.75 HSG done and tubes are open Size of uterus and ovary are ok Sperm count and motility are also good We did two round of IUI but both got failed We are going to do another round of IUI in AUG 2023 , PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO DOCTOR are telling it's unexplained infertility. For IUI FOLLICLES are reaching upto 22 mm and getting ruptured also,we are also using FSH injection and HCG for triggering,we are continuously monitoring through folliculometry What should be advised, is IVF really required? Is the AMH value too low ? Please help we are very frustrated and in dilema , what to do next? Please help

Yes amh levels are low IUI has a success rate of not more than 30 to  40% if you have failed 3 cycles of IUI you can definitely go with IVF understanding that IVF also does not have a success rate of more than 60%
