Poor oral hygiene coupled with vitamin deficiencies (Vitamin C specifically) can lead to bleeding gums. This can be corrected by proper maintenance of your oral hygiene: both at home measures and in clinic visits of oral prophylaxis/scaling.
Vitamin c supplementation and an appropriate diet should be followed along with good hygiene measures of brushing twice daily, flossing, using a mouthwash and rinsing after every meal. A gum astringent can also be used for topical application.
Maintain oral hygiene.
Warm saline rinses thrice a day.
Brushing twice a day.
Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (if/as required).
