Hi mam kindly visit a periodontist with a full mouth x-ray done. Let the doctor evaluate if there is any local deposits or gum problem(Gingivitis or periodontitis). Then get a permanent solution for the underlying cause. Maintain a good oral hygiene always

Poor oral hygiene coupled with vitamin deficiencies (Vitamin C specifically) can lead to bleeding gums. This can be corrected by proper maintenance of your oral hygiene: both at home measures and in clinic visits of oral prophylaxis/scaling. Vitamin c supplementation and an appropriate diet should be followed along with good hygiene measures of brushing twice daily, flossing, using a mouthwash and rinsing after every meal. A gum astringent can also be used for topical application.
