Sciatica needs treatment in its own right. It has nothing to do with pregnancy. But you must be careful about the medicines prescribed for you. You should consult with a Gynaecologist before taking those medicines.

Would suggest u to consult ur neurologist and take his opinion...mri is safe in pregnancy..This early pregnancy dosnt trigger sciatic pain.If on medications,ensure those r safe in pregnancy
