Sciatica low back pain
Since the last 6 months suffering from sudden pain with losing of bance on left leg with pain of 5 to 7 minutes. Underwent both the knee replacement surgery in 2014 successfully by Dr.Gurava Reddy in siun sine hospital. Want tratment without any surgery.

Physiotherapy will help. But atleast get it checked by orthopaedician once to confirm implant is in place,no infection at site etc. And i also want to know whether you have any low back pain? Coz diagnosis and treatment varies.

First get mri lumbosacral spine to rule out ant PIVD causing radiculopathy. ....and consult pain specialist for clinical examination of source of pain and treatment

Hi.... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics. Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain your back — can increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better.... Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.
