Sciatica left leg
I have been experiencing radiating pain from lower back to foot in left leg while standing( but not while sleeping or sitting) I went to orthopaedic doctor he tested and said no need for MRI, gave nurokind G tablets,and rest for 3 months, He said sciatic nerve is irritated not compressed Is irritation caused by disc between vertebrae or any other reasons? He said I have no slip disc by examining So how my nerve is irritated is it by the disc or any other reasons can I came back to my normal life once pain disappears i.e bending while playing cricket,riding of bikes etc. please help me.

If you think it’s sciatic pain then start avoiding improper posture and do regular exercises. Avoid riding bikes. Thanks
