Hi, from your description that you have a herniated disc, I understand that MRI is already done. The treatment needs to be a combination of Medical management with appropriate physio & exercises. The choice depends on the severity of the problem.
Next Steps
I would suggest that you consult Dr.Sasikumar, Neck & Back pain clinic in Ernakulam. He has good facility to treat disc problem with a team of Physios.
