I am facing this problem since a very long time and sometimes this pain becomes unbearable while working out. I do good amount of weight training and a lot of squats and explosive movements like olympic weightlifting after which i face this problem and i have to stop immediately. I want to know if there is any solution to this and can this be solved permenantly. I am 18 years old i weigh 123kg and my height is 188cm

Pain could be because of slip disc which is putting pressure on your nerve n giving you pain in legs. It can get corrected with Physiotherapy n Core Rehab. Start Physiotherapy at the earliest.
