Hello Tab Olanzapine is not for your sleep management and reducing of medication dose are not to be decided randomly, full history of illness i.e. current and past with other factors are to be taken care of before telling that the dose can be reduced
Next Steps
kindly consult for further management

Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient. In addition, detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every patient to make a diagnosis and the management of the case accordingly. You are taking medications as per a diagnosis by a mental health professional. As the symptoms improve, and otherwise also , modification of the doses is done from time to time as per the protocols. Discuss with your mental health professional and take the advice for the further management of your case.
