Just consult your primary doctor and reduce dose accordingly on their advice, never stop abruptly it will cause relapse of symptoms.

Better to continue with this medications. Don't try to stop the medicine by yourself ( can have severe consequences) Consult your primary psychiatrist or get a second opinion from another psychiatrist if you wish. But don't try to manage medicines my yourself
Next Steps
consult the primary psychiatrist, get a second opinion

For treatment of Schizoaffective disorder, during initial acute phase Polypharmacy (treatment with multiple medicines) may be required. But once acute phase of illness subsides and patient is symptom free then he may require single medicine in simply one dose in a day for maintainance treatment. However CROSS TAPERING of two medications has to be done diligently under regular follow up with Psychiatrist.
Next Steps
You may consult me physically or on video.
Health Tips
Avoid fiddling with the dose of medicine by yourself.

Hi sir, since you have a long history of taking medicines, it's important to first evaluate why you were taking it before and do the symptoms persist even now. Then only the next step of stopping the medicines can be planned.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for further management.
Health Tips
Avoid self medication/adjustment of medicines
