Scared of endoscopy!
Idk it might be weird but i am scared of endoscopy results rather than endoscopy itself. I am having dyspepsia symptoms and mushy stools mostly and acidity and the doctor said to go for upper gi endoscopy. Idk why, i read about IBD or stomach cancer symptoms and i am too afraid of doing endoscopy and getting a negative result. Last ultrasound showed gb polyp 2.9 unexpectedly... so m scared :(. Please guide me how to deal with this anxiety, also i want to get cured and healthy again. :(
This dyspepsia is also causing weight loss as i am scared to eat anything. But my appetite is normal only. I can eat large meals without issues but this fear of results(as i have been facing a lot of problems lately).. please guide me sir/ma'am.
