Scanty periods
From my last cycle I has scanty periods. I went to tvs that showed uterine adenomyosis and endometrial Polyp. Doc has put me on regestrone cr 10mg for 21days.. I have completed the course and period also started again. But the flow is same.. scanty. Vey less...
What could be the possible reason. Does endometrial polyps extending through internal os to cervix blocks the menstrual flow?

You need to repeat the ultrasound. If the polyp is still present you may need hysteroscopy. If normal you may need hormonal evaluation.
