As age advances chances of getting oral cancer increases. Average age being 64 years. The body cells are damaged over a period of time that’s why it’s more common in old age. Also the prognosis is poor in old age. As it is there is no particular figure for the age of 76 years .

Hi.
Oral cancer risk increase with age.
It becomes faster after 50 years and peaks between 60 and 70 years.
Reason could be:-
Poor oral hygiene.
Lack of dental care.
Habits
Tobacco

I can appreciate white lesion , physical examination is mandatory
As i could appreciate Sharpe edges of teeth it could be because of that as well or something else, physical examination and detail history is required before coming to any conclusion.
Symptoms:-
White lesion
Difficult in swallowing
Any lumps
Wound on oral mucosa which dsnt heal
