Oral lichen planus
I'm suffering from oral lichen planus. Can it change into cancer in the future? My university doctor only prescribed multivitamin tablets for three months. I have never smoked and never even consumed alcohol.

Has it been confirmed with biopsy??
If it's a histopathologically confirmed case of oral lichen planus, better to start topical steroids.
As of u asked, lichen planus has a tendency to become cancerous. So u need a regular follow up.
