My mouth has been salty for about four days now, I brush twice a day. I don't know what else to do now.

Kindly observe as what specific food item or medicines u have been taking recently . Since when is this issue persisting . There are several reasons but few important might be any of these . One it may be due to tartar deposit on teeth surfaces and saliva getting acidic pH with foul smell .or due to pus discharge in any of ur tooth due to caries or gum infection which is giving a salty taste in mouth. Or it may be due to certain medicines or antibiotics taken recently or taking it during the course . If none of the above ..kindly  consult a physician for any throat infection or consult a ENT specialist.
