My 29 mon old baby boy suffering from runny nose from last 8-10 days I have given Maxtra syrup to him for 7 days but still not relif plz suggest what to do?

If your child is having runny nose since 8 to 10 days , chances are it may be superimposed with sinusitis or otitis media ,in which case he needs to be seen by a paediatrician who will prescribe medicines/ antibiotics accordingly

Some viral infections will take time to resolve. Rule out serious issues like Pneumonia ( fast breathing, chest retraction, Difficulty in breathing, fever, sick look etc).
If there are no other issues, you can continue using Maxtra. But make sure consult a pediatrician as 7 days is very long time to be home treated
