  4. Runny nose and little cough. For 5 days.

Runny nose and little cough
Hello, My son is 4 and 1/2 years old. He has running nose with yellow mucus and very little cough. No fever. Can I give him Relent syrup. If not please suggest any good combination suryp. Given him clamp 250 last month for 5 days.

Yellow mucous may require antibiotics also. But I suggest you do not give antibiotics as he is not having fever. Yes you can give relent.
