Running shin pain
Daily I am practicing the running and I am getting shin pain. Kindly please share the suggestion for avoiding the same. Also, please help me on the any tables (calcium,vitamin and energy) for the same.

You should increase ypu running distance gradually. And you can start tab shelcal hd. But test you vit d, b12, calcium level first

Shin pain could be an indication of underlying injury Reduce the intensity of running But do not go on complete rest Just follow active rest method Focus on recovering first
