Pain in legs while running
I am 6 ft overweight (105kg). My lower leg starts hurting after running for 200-300m. The muscles get charged and there is a small bump also on both legs(probably a varicose veins, but i can't see the vein, the bump is only visible when muscle is charged) and only the area around the bump hurts. I know I should reduce my weight but is there any other treatment also? I want to run w/o having pain.
