Lower leg pain when at rest
I have foot and lower leg pain from over few months now is it disturbing my sleep, when I trying to sleep i feel pain in right leg. When I walk it disappears, but at resting postion its there. The pain is very minimal but not going away and effect my daily sleep. I tried massage with oil I feel relaxed for some time, not sure why it is there

You should do active exercises of the leg which is troubling you. You should move the knee joint and ankle joint ( flexion, extension and rotation). In addition you can take Vit D 60k once in a week.
