Dear, Your knee pain and  injury has nothing to do with the toe pain. You need to change your shoes for your pain in the toes. For the knee joint pain you need to undergo a MRI to rule out any cartilage or tendon tear due to your injury.
Next Steps
MRI and consult a Pain specialist or an orthopaedic surgeon.
Health Tips
Invest in good shoes to save your knees and back. Good luck.
