Your trigger factors can be dust or pollens not so sure but your symptoms suggests more of that. See man i will tell you  ..treatment for allergies depends on how severe your symptoms are and how much they're affecting your everyday activities. Everyone doesn't needs a immunological treatment. You can use Antiallergic tablets for few weeks it won't treat the problem but will help in reducing the symptoms. You can start doing breathing exercises and  use techniques to keep your nasal  passages clean. Use mask when you go out. Keep your surroundings clean. Add more Antiinflammatory food's to your diet like turmeric, ginger etc. Add more antioxidant foods like tomatoes , green leafy vegetables , fruits , nuts etc. Consume more vit c through natural or can take in tablet form also. Drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated. Start doing physical exercises on a regular basis. All the above measures will help you. Rest is up to you. Ther are other drugs also but everything has its side-effects if you can manage your symptoms with antihistaminic tablets then don't go for the other drugs. It's my point of view and ofcourse i am not the best doctor so you can try what other doctors have to say. Please consult a general physician  in your place physically for better evaluation and treatment. Don't worry everything will be fine soon.
