Hi For pregnancy both sperm n ova are important Sperms hv to be ejaculated inside the vagina , female should be ovulating at that tym . So need more history from you to opine

Hi good morning Thanx for ur question For pregnancy sperms have to ejaculate inside vagina and at same time mature egg has to be present in fallopian tube for fertilization.
