I am a 20-year-old female. On 23 June, I had intimate contact with my partner. There was no vaginal intercourse or penetration by the penis. He rubbed his penis against the outside of my vaginal area for a short time (about 1–2 minutes). Before that, he inserted his finger into my vagina. I am not sure whether he ejaculated or whether any semen came near my vaginal opening. I had finished my period the day before. What is my risk of pregnancy? Should I take emergency contraception at this point?

If u had your periods after the act u cannot be pregnant
Also prevention is before the act not after
Even after consuming an emergency pill u could still be pregnant
