Rotator cuff tear.
My left side shoulder has come a bit forward. I think it is anterior shoulder dislocation. I have problem in moving the shoulder in some direction and it gets stiff and start paining whenever i exercise. My shoulder also seems to be rounded forward. I always have some weird sensations on shoulder movement. What should i do?
