It's been an year that I have undergone rotator.cuff surgery but I still have pain in my arm and the movement is still restricted. Post surgery , I have done physiotherapy for more than 6 months. Please suggest some measures to gain full mobility , 100% strength and pain relief . Thank you.

Post rotator cuff repair there can be some amount of restriction of movement. The muscle takes its time to regain it full strength. Kindly continue physiotherapy and contact your surgeon regarding your expectations out of the surgery.

Restriction of movement might be due to stiffness in the joint. Also Pain in the arm does require you to check up with concerned doctor and see what’s wrong.
Next Steps
Try Shoulder strengthening exercises

Need detail of surgery. Need detail of what kind of physiotherpy you have done May require new MRI( tell mri centre about your surgery as it may have metal implant inside though its ver very small screw but still they ahould know about it ) . Post surgery if physiotherapy started late  or  patient did not do physiotherpy properly as adviced then their can be formation of band inside shoulder  which stops Full range of movement. And some time cause pain on movement .

What surgical procedure did you underwent.. can you provide the details. I think it would be best to meet your primary surgeon since he might be already knowing the situation of the joint.
Next Steps
I can suggest you to continue Physiotherapy, take analgesic for pain relief.. Plan to get MRI if need to confirm the current situation of the joint...
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid jerky movements of shoulder..
