I am Kartik , age 21
I have been into weight training since 2018-19 and I am quite passionate about strength training and bodybuilding. So recently I was lifting good and eating in surplus being on a bulk . Apparently I gained around 7-8 kgs of muscle mass and was very happy with myself back then so eventually initially in the month of November , I had to stop exercise because of shoulder rotator cuff injury ( swelling) , now my condition is normal in terms of pain and swelling but there's this clicking and popping sound that is annoying me and making me wonder what's wrong w my shoulder , whether and when to normalise my exercise and what precautionary steps to take? Right now I don't feel any pain or swelling in my left shoulder'
