This is because of poor periodontal health..
So i suggest you to go for deep scaling and root planning followed by some periodontal procedures if needed and maintain proper oral hygiene.A periodontist suggestion is must.

This is because of periodontitis ,your gums have become weak due to which ur teeth have become mobile..
