Need to know full history before diagnosing anything. Like is your root canal treatment completed or not. Upload photographs of x ray of tooth if you have.
Bleeding could be due to infection in tooth or in gums. Treatment will depend upon the cause. So it's better to consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

This is an endo-perio lesion. After the root canal, cap needs to be fixed to protect the filling from coming out. Since cap was not fixed(assuming), the filling has come out and there's high possibility that your tooth might break soon.
Regarding bleeding of gums, your dentist might advice you to get deep scaling done.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist as soon as possible and get it fixed.
Health Tips

Hello
You need to upload radiographs for better guidance. The treatment might not be completed yet.
Because the symptoms you mentioned dont occur after a properly completed RCT
