Welcome to practo..
Only extraction of teeth needs, to stop aspirin related tablets..

No need to stop ecosprin before Root canal treatment. She can continue RCT with ecosprin.
But still let your doctor know about her heart condition before starting any treatment.
Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
Hello.
RCT doesn't require stopping any medicine as such, but yes.. you have to tell the doctor beforehand what all medication is she taking, each and every medicine along with the dosage.. because this will help the doctor to take proper measures while treating her .. and also prescribing post treatment medications accordingly.
Next Steps
take your mother for treatment along with all her medical records
Hi
If she’s on prophylactic dose of 75 mg . She doesn’t need to stop using that for any procedure as such . Even extraction of tooth. You can proceed with root canal treatment
