So will my root canal treatment and crown reverse my underbite treatment. I had my underbite corrected and thr thought of having underbite again is giving me nightmares

Yes, by given crown over your teeth will increase your vertical hight of mouth. So your underbite can be corrected by that procedure.

However, if the teeth in question have undergone damage already (either by attrition or breakage) then opting for RCT & Crown would be advised. If the teeth are not damaged or affected, kindly consult an Orthodontist for this.
