There no set time if u have filling and it’s deep then it may cause pain if it’s not and gud filling down with all precautions then u may avoid but it all depends on symptoms
Hello sir ,
First you need to dhare your radiograph, than only i can explain you the exact condition and the required treatment.
But if your doctor suggested for the RCT than may be your tooth cavity is deep and it may reaches to the pulp.
But for time being if you don’t have any problem after filling than you can wait for some time.
Hiii...Your dentist has done the right thing for choosing the preventive approach...It's always better to fill the teeth with permanent filling material...If you have pain again then you have to go for RCT... There's no estimated time that when the pain will occur..But till then there's no need to worry about that teeth..
Thanks for approaching
We can't estimate the time it completely depends on the distance between the pulp and the filling.
And one more thing let me know what kind of filling you have done(temp or permanent)
You got the right thing done for you there is no specific time period for you to wait for the pain to occur if the filling done is not temporary and if there is no pain you are happy to go with it . Keep your oral hygiene maintained.
