Root canal done 4yrs back

Asked for Female, 56 Years

Root canal done with out the cap as they could not put a cap because of the tooth being in a different shape. Now it the filling is completely gone. The sharp edges of the tooth hurts the inner cheeks a lot. Very painful. Please suggest what to do.
