In this picture, it appears to be normal. C: D ratio is normal and neuroretinal rima also appears to be healthy. What is your iop .. If iop is increased you may require some additional test for glaucoma

There is a difference in cup disc ratio of the two eyes. But there are lots of other factors to be considered.
Better to get glaucoma evaluation.
