Glucoma at last stage in
I hve glucoma at advance stage in my right eye. Want to ask any solution without and if not what will be the cost of surgery .

In advance stage of glaucoma ,surgery is not advisable because sometimes remaining vision is also lost after surgery ,these days there is plenty of anti-glaucoma eye drops which can help in controlling intra ocular pressure, only thing one should keep in mind that it requires regular monitoring & needs change in eye drops, with the help of eye drops at least further deterioration in vision can be arrested, with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna

Treatment of glaucoma depends on type of glaucoma
Broadly there are two types
A open angle: medical management is first line of treatment
B. Close angle: surgery is first line
