Right Side Rib pain and abdominal pain
I have right rib pain from last few days which is making it difficult to get up from the bed in the morning..it keeps on getting worse
I also had stomach ache only while walking from a last few days after the rib pain started.
I am confused what could have caused this

From what I have read from your complaints I think you are having blunt trauma to the chest most likely which went unnoticed
Your rib has intercostal nerve supply which is getting pinched while you are getting up from bed
And as your muscles are in spasm you are also facing abdominal pain
