it can be due to nerve compression at the back rergion. reason can be a slip disc which increases when you drive.
Next Steps
for back , go to a physiothertapy clinic. get ultrasonic therapy done if any tenderness+TENS/IFT+ SWD will relax the muscles+Traction(if required)+ some exercises(stretchong and strengthening)

Back ache can arise due to multiple causes including back posture, low vitamin D, infection or even disc prolapse. Do get basic investigations like calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase , vitamin D levels, uric acid, CBC with ESR. Also get x-ray LS spine AP and Lateral views and see an orthopaedic surgeon in your area.
