Greetings, sorry to hear about your pain. Your back is mostly related to back muscle stiffness low back and hamstrings plus abdominal weakness. As first-aid ice the low back and back thigh region for 5 to 10 min twice daily until symptoms improve and simultaneously stretch hamstrings. Will definitely help.  (see videos on YouTube about hamstrings stretching)  Once better let me know will update next graded exercise program to completely cure back pain once for all.if any concerns do let me know. Wishing you a quick recovery.

Contact physiotherapist for clinical examination. Hot pack application at home will give some relief.

An x ray of the spine along with some blood tests may be needed for a start. A good clinical examination will also help in clinching the diagnosis.
