Right shoulder to right hand pain
Having pain from right back down below right shoulder to whole right hand. Sometimes fingers are paining too...once I crack fingers then getting little relief. Happening since 15 days .

Your nerve might be getting compressed at certain level in neck. .. cervical traction will help you. .

avoid heavy lifting,forward bending of neck. . take small pillow while sleeping. .and while working on mobile computer, keep your mobile and desktop at eye level to avoid neck forward bending. .

It can be a radiating pain due to nerve impingement and wrong posture. Neck and shoulder muscle stretches followed by hot fomentation is advised. Visit a physiotherapist for proper postural correction and exercises. Modalities like TENS may give you symptomatic relief. Adopt proper sleeping posture.

It may be impingement of nerve root  due to compression of Cervical Vertebrae and also due to  wrong posture. You may required traction and TENS . You can consult Physiotherapist near to you.
