Right shoulder pain near biceps
Hi for past 1 week my mother experience pain below her shoulder. Pain increase while touching also cnt move shoulder had 3 days lyser got pain relief for 3 days but pain worsen and now completed etoshine 90 mg but pain is continuously coming back not getting complete relief. What will be the possible causes ?

There can be multiple reasons- muscle spasm caused by overuse/ improper posture, biceps tendinitis, biceps tendon tear, rotator cuff tendinitis/tear being very common.
