Right Lower Back, Right Oblique, and Hip
Hello, i am a athlete who has been in pain for the past 3 months with lots of pain in right side of lower back and oblique when i do certain movements such as running fast and changing directions, twisting, lifting, bending down and then back up. My primary physician noticed also pain in the right hip glute area. I have been diagnosed originally with lumbar spasms 3 months ago and i have been going to physical therapy.... I have been doing any physical activity because of the pain.
