Right Lower back
Hi, I have a slight lower back pain. It's not felt while resting on bed or even moderate seating. It's not major but feels like spasm. It's frustrating as I fear in doing exercises which might escalate it. What stretching exercises shouldn't be doing to resolve this? I have a desk job and had a slightly mild pain a month before as well. It got subsided in 10 days, no meds.

Sitting erect with stomach muscles tucked in and placing a small towel roll to the lower back area will help...at the same time lie on your stomach propped on elbows. Do get back after trying this small lifestyle changes

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
