Right leg paining from 4 years, lower part from the right knee.i have consult many doctors but am not getting perfect.. general paining not on accident or nothing other reason.

Seated Hamstring Stretch
While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor.
Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards.
Hold this stretch for 30 seconds
Repeat 3 times for each leg.

Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines....
