  4. Right leg middle finger bone pain. Pain?

Right leg middle finger bone pain
I have pain in right leg middle finger since 4/5 days. Some swelling is there. Continue its paining. All blood test before 1 month. Need to repeat? hot fomentation also tried but no relief. What's the reason of pain? Thanks in advance
