Right leg knee pain
Since last 1 month I am having this pain in the right side of my right leg below knee This pain is getting unbearable day by day It feels sometimes kind of cramp I might have but it pains alot. What can be the reason for this pain and what is the remedy/medication that needs to be followed

Is the pain in calf Is is associated with tingling or numbness Is it night only Is it increase on walking standing If it is then could be nerve pain In that situation U can start physiotherapy Which includes lumbar flexion ex6along with TENS Further evaluation is needed if no relief in a week day Regards Dr Amit Jain Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon Mumbai

Can be shin splints due to the muscle of that area feeling overworked. Focus on your cross legged sitting habits and correct them. By sitting cross legged that part can be under pressure.
