Right knee pain
My right knee is paining a lot.  When I get down to poop it becomes impossible to stand up. I can't even stand for 30 minutes straight. Even I can't fold my legs while sleeping it pains a lot. If I walk for 10 to 15 minutes pains disappear but as soon as I sit down or take rest it's start paining. Right my now my right knee seems to be swelled up. A clicking sound is also heard while folding legs. Any advise or exercise..??

Your history is suggestive of meniscus tear most probably.
Next Steps
Use knee support. Do not bend knee more than 90 degrees. Use Tab Signoflam twice a day after food for 3 days. Use a pain relief spray. Apply warm water bags. Can video consult with me if problem continues even after following this advice or you have any further doubts.

This type of pain may be associated with sprain in knee joint meniscus.. Was there any injury in knee.. The pain increases due to decreased joint space while bending the knee causing excess pressure over the meniscus causing the pain.
Next Steps
You can use knee cap for support, start hot fomentation,  take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine, take calcium and vitamin d supplement. You can start with Physiotherapy- Local US, SWD, Quadriceps and Hamstring strengthening exercises. If pain doesn't subside,  you may require some investigations like X ray and MRI of knee joint to identify the exact cause for pain...
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet, avoid stair climbing and descending ..
