Right body issue
Most of the day , my right legs feels thicker. It feels wierd while walking for 20 mins. Besides my thigh ,I feel my butt is bigger and hip too. When I sleep during nights upside down, I can feel something in my right lower abdomen as if it's touching mattress. Also I feel like a lot of gas and stools getting stuck there. Please help , I wanna walk normally. Also I found out tht my left leg is 1 inch smaller than right, I didn't know this until before 6 months , not sure why i am seeing tht all of a sudden. I had an accident before 2 years, but no fractures as such happened at all. I had brain, spine, blood tests done , all are normal except b12 and D which I am taking suppliments for. I am afraid if something bad happens to me.

Good evening Please don't feel afraid. We are here to help you. Based on your symptomatology I feel you are undergoing a condition called Hemihypertrophy. It is mostly evident during childhood.
Next Steps
I would advise you to please consult a clinical geneticist and a neurologist for further evaluation and management. Regards
