Rice after csec
Hi I recently had Csec 15 days back. Should I not eat rice? Does eating rice weakens the stitches? I have heard eating rice will weaken my stitches or stitches may get open

Madam, I hope you know that in India more than half of the population is eating rice . They also have Caesarean. They don't complain that their stitches became weak and they opened up. Then why will they open up in your case ?
